Yummy Monday...Birthday Edition!

Well Hello there, Sweets! Glad you stopped by today! I have had some computer issues today and thought I'd NEVER make it on here but finally, here we are together! If you've come by for your weekly dose of Yummies, you're in luck, since we've got what you're craving! ;)

There are so many birthdays among my friends and family in February and I've got birthdays on the brain. PLUS....I was invited to guest with a really sweet, fabulous group of designers on eBay called Blossom Leigh Boutique for their 1st Birthday Launch! So I've decided to feature birthday-related items today and to highlight the talented gals who are participating in this launch. I think you'll agree each and every one of these is oh-so-YUMMY!! This is not by any means all of the pretties listed for this launch but rather just a sampling....so search BLB BOUTIQUE Febrary 4-18 to see it all!

With that, I think we're ready to go. Hop on in my little cyber-car, Sweets, and away we go!!!

YUMMY THING ONE: Baby Cakes by Rosey Posey Boutique (Me!)

Though it isn't my usual style, I'm going to show off what I made for this yummy launch FIRST! I am just sooooooooooooooo excited about this first set. This might just be my favorite set that I have ever made! I just LOVE the yummy "cupcake colors" and my Rachel is BEGGING for a set of her own (this is a little too small for her). I am even going to be totally obnoxious and show way too many pics of it since I want you to see it from EVERY possible angle. :) It's a custom 2T/3T, meaning I will adjust the waist and the skirt length for your sweetie. It's in the most delicious cottons and will be perfect for Spring and Summer. I hand-embroidered the little covered button and layered it on two yo-yos. The darling cotton candy pink vintage hanger is included because it just matches so perfectly!

YUMMY THING TWO: Sweet Cloche by Lullaby Lamb

I featured one of Lullaby Lamb's cloches just a week or two ago and was pleasantly surprised to find she is guesting with BLB, as well! Isn't this sweet hat YUMMY?

Well this is definitely CUTE...and definitely YUMMY! Oh I love those fabrics!

YUMMY THING FOUR: Birthday Girl Bracelet by Growing Up With Rosy

Precious little bracelet with the sweetest of cake charms, don't you think?

She will customize the "number" your birthday girl is turning...sooooo cute!

This is one talented applique-er (is that a word???). Wow. The winner of this auction gets to pick the theme for this set, so though you see a Dora on this one, you can choose from a whole lot of characters if you are the lucky winner. Amazing, right?

YUMMY THING SEVEN: Custom Birthday Necklace by Growing Up With Rosy

Love this! Precious!

This one is by yours truly! Custom from newborn up to ladies' sizes!

This is one of mine, too. Image is from a vintage birthday card.

I don't think I've show you this yet! It goes along with the birthday theme so you just HAVE to see it!

And that's our trip, Sweets! You've been such a fun little shopping partner. DO come back next week, and in the meantime, go check out all the fabulous BLB Birthday Boutique items by double-clicking HERE.

Have a YUMMY day....

Love,

Cheryl

Hi!
I have discovered your blog through Google reader and I just want to tell you that I'm enjoying your posts very much. Mmm it's a pity that I'll have to wait untill October for my birthday (and its even worse that I'm getting 47 then!), but some girls never grow up!
I have borrowed one of your images ( a 50-ties one of little girls sewing) to make a Valentine gift. Hope you don't mind. I will make a post after February 14th and add your link to my post. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for inspiration, have a nice day, love LiLi
